Parish-based movements or organizations: Prayer groups and committees are not expected to pay to use the Hall.(Knights of Columbus, Cursillo, Ladies Guild, Misionaras de Cristo et al.)
PARISHIONERS: Parishioners are required to pay $500 plus $250 security deposit for the use of the Hall for private and family events. $200 of this is refundable 14 days after the event if the building is clean and in good condition, and the $50 is for utilities.
NON-PARISHIONERS: For Catholics who do not worship here at St. Andrew's or who are registered at another parish, the fee for use of the Hall is $600 plus $250 security deposit. $200 of this deposit is refundable after 14 days if the property has been left clean and in good condition. This fee is for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Other days the rental is $300 plus $200 for security deposit, of which $150 is refundable after 14 days.
NON-CATHOLICS: Individuals and families who are not Catholic must pay $600, plus $300 security deposit in cash for damages required at booking, deposit minus $50 to be refunded if building is in good condition. This will be refunded within 14 days after the event if there are no damages. This fee is for the hall on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Hall may be rented on Monday-Thursday for $350, plus $175 security deposit. Balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Rental time is 5 hours.
We require a signed contract before an event can be booked.
